At Laurie’s Treasures, we take great care in packing your crystals, minerals, specimens, carvings, geodes, and other treasures so they arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders containing large, heavy, fragile, or unusually shaped pieces may require additional handling time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping service selected.

For larger or heavier items, including large crystals, geodes, spheres, bowls, and lamps, shipping costs may be higher due to their weight and protective packaging requirements.

Packaging

We carefully package each item using appropriate protective materials. Fragile and one-of-a-kind pieces receive additional protection when needed.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Laurie’s Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can help resolve the issue.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. You may also contact the shipping carrier to open a claim when appropriate.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
