Each treasure is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Orders are shipped from the United States using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on the item, but most orders will be carefully prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Returns

Because many of our crystals, minerals, carvings, and collector pieces are unique or one-of-a-kind, please review photos, descriptions, measurements, and weights carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact Laurie’s Treasures as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
