Return & Refund Policy

At Laurie’s Treasures, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our crystals, minerals, specimens, carvings, and other treasures are unique or one-of-a-kind pieces, we ask that you carefully review the photos, description, measurements, and condition before purchasing.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Items that have been damaged, altered, repaired, or otherwise changed after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

To request a return, please contact Laurie’s Treasures before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or we send the wrong item, Laurie’s Treasures will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

One-of-a-Kind & Natural Items

Crystals and natural mineral specimens may contain natural variations, inclusions, fractures, druzy, color variations, and other characteristics that are part of their natural beauty. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, an exchange for an identical item may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items specifically identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
